About ON Robotics

Practical robotics.
Real machines.
Global opportunity.

ON Robotics is a robotics learning and development initiative based in Mountain View, California.

We are building access to the equipment, guidance, and practical experience people need to understand robotics and Physical AI—the technologies that allow machines to perceive, learn, and act in the physical world.

Our starting point is education. Our broader ambition is to connect learning, engineering, and practical application—helping people develop the capabilities to work with real machines.

01 / Our purpose

Why we exist

Talent is widely distributed. Access to advanced equipment and practical learning opportunities is not.

ON Robotics exists to help close that gap. We are developing a learning environment where students can move from understanding a concept to testing it on a physical robot—with guidance, supervision, and clear feedback.

Our approach combines programming, simulation, and hands-on experimentation. Learners practice defining a task, testing an idea, measuring results, and improving their work.

Our Silicon Valley base supports a global outlook, including a commitment to expanding opportunity for learners in Central Asia. The value is practical: access to real machines, engineering experience, and people who build technology.

Our team

Connecting business experience and international opportunity with hands-on robotics engineering.

Strategy & Partnerships

Nodir Ruzmatov

Founder

Nodir Ruzmatov is a technology entrepreneur focused on applied AI, robotics, and connecting Silicon Valley with Central Asia. His work brings together business operating experience, education, and a public-policy perspective on how technology can create practical opportunities.

Originally from Uzbekistan, Nodir is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. His experience running businesses informs his approach to technology: begin with a real problem, build a useful solution, and assess what it delivers.

He is also Co-Founder and CEO of CoRun.ai, focused on applying AI to commercial fleet operations, and Founder of One Nexus Group, which connects Central Asian founders and institutions with Silicon Valley through structured programs and relationships.

At ON Robotics, Nodir leads strategy, partnerships, and organizational development. His focus is on creating access to practical robotics education and building the institutional relationships needed to extend that opportunity to more learners.

His long-term ambition is to connect education with implementation—helping people develop the skills and experience to build and work with increasingly capable machines.

Engineering & Lab Development

Rastin Rezvani

Founding Robotics Engineer & Lab Lead

Rastin Rezvani works where software meets the physical world—connecting code, robotic hardware, and remote-control systems to turn ideas into working experiments.

At ON Robotics, his focus is building the technical foundation of the Mountain View lab: integrating equipment, testing robot workflows, and developing workstations that make hands-on robotics accessible beyond the lab’s walls.

His initial focus is ON Remote Lab, the infrastructure being developed to let students run code on real machines remotely under supervision. The engineering challenge spans hardware setup, software integration, and translating complex systems into learning experiences students can understand and use.

Rastin’s approach is hands-on: build, test, debug, document, and improve. He brings that builder mindset to ON Robotics, helping create an environment where learners discover how machines work by making them do something real.

03 / The road ahead

Starting with education.
Building toward application.

Our immediate focus is developing the academy and its supervised robotics learning environment.

Over time, we aim to extend this foundation into workforce training, school and institutional partnerships, and remote access to robotic equipment. As our capabilities develop, we also intend to explore applied robotics projects addressing practical industry needs.

Each stage builds on demonstrated capability: equipment that works, learning experiences that can be delivered, and outcomes that can be explained.
